Sample Merch Requests Policy
You may email us to order a sample of any product anytime.
Should stock be available then we will gladly send it to you for sampling. However we do get asked for samples regularly and I’m sure you can appreciate there are costs incurred, 1. For the product and 2. Freight to your premises.

We understand you need samples to touch, feel and even taste to approve that each product is worth you adding your brand to give to your patients to leave a long lasting impression.
This policy is based on stock items on hand. ( See below sample policy for custom made and imported merchandise.)
Products valued up to $10 / unit will be charged at end column pricing and will be charged a minimum fee of $15.00 + GST
Sample policy is based on customer purchases each Financial Year.
Sales under $5000 pa
Stock samples over $10.00 value will be charged at the end column pricing + Freight of $15 + GST
Customer Sales $5000 to $25,000 pa
(Example:- If the customer orders over $10 worth or samples, the first $10 will be at no charge. Most expensive items will be added to the sales order first, then the items under $10 will have no charge against them.

Please Note: Free samples excludes Gift Sets, Power Banks over $10, Speakers, Action/Dash Cams, Virtual Reality over $10, Wall Chargers and Bulk Confectionery and Confectionery items over $10.
Custom made sample merch products direct from China policy
Based on this example: If made in China, custom made sample are required to be designed, and made to order based on your specifications. Depending on the product value quoted, A base fee of approx $200 minimum charge will apply for one sample only. This will can include logo set up, graphic product design, fabric market purchase, manufacturing labour and airfreight costs to your office. Should a 2nd or 3rd sample be required and shipped separately, by changes at your request, then the payment of $200 will be repeated. As mentioned above this a base fee. Depending on the design complexity, materials used, size, weight plus other possible variations, you will be quoted accordingly.
Order cancellation policy
Should you require to cancel your order after having confirmed artwork and payment please contact us immediately after having read this order cancellation policy?
Understand once you have paid and signed your art proof, you have committed to your order. This means our team has allocated stock and locked your order into our production schedule with our contracted factories. Should you choose to cancel your order for your personal reasons and require your money back, there will be a $50 admin cancellation fee.
However if your job has already commenced print production, we cannot cancel your order or refund your money. Your order will still be delivered as planned. Should you need to discuss this urgently please contact us by replying to your order number email.
