Terms and Conditions for OrthodontistMerch.com Tier Level Spend Discounts Program For Selected & Approved Industry Membership Groups
These Terms and Conditions (“T&C”) govern the Tier Level Spend Discounts Program (“Program”) offered exclusively to verified members of selected approved Orthodontic Industry Groups (“Approved Groups”). By applying for or participating in the Program, you agree to these T&C. OrthodontistMerch.com reserves the right to update these T&C at any time, with changes effective upon posting on the website. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance.
1. Program Overview and Discount Structure
Discounts apply only to published prices for standard, in-stock merchandise Ex GST on Invoices Per order. (excluding custom Quoted New Non existent custom-made-to-order items, any unaccounted for custom quotes, taxes, shipping, handling fees, or any other surcharges).
Tiered discounts are as follows, based on the subtotal spend per individual invoice per order (pre-discount, Ex-tax, Ex-shipping):
- Spend AUD $2,000–$4,999: 3% discount
- Spend AUD $5,000–$8,999: 5% discount
- Spend AUD $9,000–$19,999: 8% discount
- Spend AUD $20,000+: 12% discount (maximum discount level)
Discounts are applied automatically on INVOICE approved participants once eligibility is verified for the order.
Discounts cannot be combined with any other promotions, coupons, sales, or special offers.
Spend is calculated on a per-order/INVOICE basis only; accumulated spend across multiple orders does not roll over to unlock higher tiers.
2. Eligibility Requirements
Participation is limited to active, verified members in good standing of Approved Groups (e.g., TIO ANZ Orthodontists, or other groups explicitly listed on OrthodontistMerch.com at the time of application).
Applicants must be orthodontic professionals, practices, or businesses (e.g., orthodontists, dental labs, or suppliers) and not resellers, distributors, or non-orthodontic entities.
Discounts are non-transferable and apply only to the approved account holder’s purchases; sub-accounts or affiliates require separate approval.
OrthodontistMerch.com reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate any application or participation if it does not comply with Approved Group membership criteria, or for any reason including suspected fraud, abuse, or violation of these T&C.
3. Application and Verification Process
Applications must be submitted online via OrthodontistMerch.com under the “Industry Membership Discounts” section.
Required information includes: full business/practice name, contact details, Approved Group membership number/ID, proof of membership (e.g., valid membership card, certificate, or official letter dated within the last 12 months), and a signed consent for verification.
Verification will be conducted by OrthodontistMerch.com (or its authorised agents) directly with the Approved Group; applicants must consent to this process.
Approval decisions are at OrthodontistMerch.com’s sole discretion and typically processed within 5–10 business days. Applicants will be notified via email.
Incomplete, inaccurate, or falsified applications will be rejected without refund of any application fees (if applicable).
Approved participants receive a unique discount code renewable upon re-verification of membership with their respective Industry Organisation.
4. Program Validity and Renewal
Once approved, discounts are valid for the life of their active membership with their respective industry group from approval date, provided membership in an Approved Group remains active.
Renewal requires re-submission of proof of current membership at least 30 days prior to expiration.
Failure to renew results in automatic downgrade to standard pricing until re-approved. Transfers to other approved industry groups can continue to qualify.
5. Usage and Restrictions
Discounts apply only to eligible orders placed directly on OrthodontistMerch.com; third-party marketplaces or offline purchases do not qualify.
Minimum order value for discount eligibility: AUD$2000 subtotal per order (below this, standard pricing applies).
Participants must maintain compliance with all applicable laws, including export controls and professional regulations in the orthodontic industry.
Abuse of the Program (e.g., creating multiple accounts, splitting orders to game tiers, or reselling discounted items) may result in immediate termination, forfeiture of discounts, and potential legal action.
OrthodontistMerch.com may audit participant purchases at any time and adjust or revoke discounts retroactively if eligibility is found invalid.
6. Payment and Billing
All orders are subject to OrthodontistMerch.com’s standard payment terms; discounts do not affect payment due dates or installment options.
Discounts are calculated on the Ex-tax subtotal; any returns or cancellations will reduce qualifying spend proportionally, potentially affecting tier status for future orders.
7. Termination and Changes
OrthodontistMerch.com may terminate participation at any time for non-compliance, inactivity (e.g., no qualifying orders in 6 months), or business reasons, with 30 days’ notice via email.
Participants may opt out at any time by contacting Contact@OrthodontistMerch.com.
Upon termination, any active discounts expire immediately, and standard pricing applies to future orders.
8. Privacy and Data Protection
Personal and business data collected during application is used solely for verification, Program administration, and communication.

By applying, you consent to data sharing with Approved Groups for verification purposes.
9. Liability and Dispute Resolution
Participation is at your own risk; OrthodontistMerch.com is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the Program.
These T&C are governed by the laws of [Insert Jurisdiction, e.g., State of Delaware, USA], without regard to conflict of laws principles.
Disputes must first be addressed via email to Contact@OrthodontistMerch.com within 30 days; unresolved issues may proceed to binding arbitration in Australia.
10. General Provisions
These T&C constitute the entire agreement between you and OrthodontistMerch.com regarding the Program.
If any provision is deemed invalid, the remainder remains in effect.
